We’re Fighting for Labor Peace at the 2026 FIFA World Cup

FIFA World Cup 2026 Labor Peace Campaign

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is headed to Miami—and we’re demanding that the workers who make it possible are respected and protected.

From concessions and hospitality to transportation and security, thousands of us will power this global event. But we’ve seen what happens when big events come to town without strong labor standards: wage theft, unsafe conditions, and local workers locked out of the jobs we deserve.

We won’t let that happen again.

Our officers are leading the campaign for a Labor Peace Agreement that guarantees fair pay, union access, safe working conditions, and local hiring for every job tied to the World Cup. This is our moment to make sure that when the world watches Miami, it sees a city that puts workers first.

Check out our letter demanding Labor Peace Agreements for Union Workers for the Miami 2026 FIFA World Cup, signed by our hosting commitee.
